Account, membership and booking details are used to manage your plan, sessions and payments. Medical information you provide in the pre-treatment form is stored securely and used only for treatment purposes. It is visible only to the therapist and gym management, and is kept confidentially. You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — just email info@plan-a.club.
